Conducting Medical Tests.
If the Expatriates are from these mentioned countries Nepal, Thailand, Vietnam, Sudan, Nigeria, Somalia, Djibouti, Kenya, Ethiopia, and Eritrea have to pass the Medical test of Hiv/Aids test, sight test, cholera, blood test, stool test and provide medical test reports for the renewal process.

The Maktab Amal fee is the labour office fee also we say the work permit fee which is increased from SR 7200 in 2019 to SR 9600 in 2020 you need to pay this for your iqama process.
The Renewal Process
Once you provide the above requirement for your process to your sponsor then he will have login to his muqeem system and press the button to renew iqama.
When your sponsor provides your details to the MOI website for your renewal of Iqama. You will receive a message from MOI when your iqama is renewed.
After the renewal process make a Hard copy (Print you iqama). In case if the validity of your Muqeem Card is for Five years then you don’t need to print your iqama. Otherwise, you have to print a new card.
The Government relation officer of your company take your iqama card from you and give a receipt by which you get your new iqama card within a few days.
The purpose of the receipt given by relation officer to you is for record of your old and new iqama card.
