But due to the covid 19 last year ministry of hajj and umrah KSA allows only a few country’s pilgrims to perform Hajj. On 9 May 2021, the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah KSA gives a statement about Hajj 2022. Hajj Ministry says that Saudi Arabian government allows overseas pilgrims to perform Hajj (1422) this year. Due to coronavirus very strict Health and Precautionary Measurements are implied to reduce the spread of covid in KSA.

This year Hajj is performed under all health, security, and regulatory measures. These measures are for the safety of pilgrims and the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The Saudi Ministry of Hajj says that in Saudi Arabia health institutions are evaluating the situation and takes all the necessary measures to preserve the health of mankind.

Hajj Ministry KSA will announce the specific measures and organizational plan for the event of hajj soon. Also, the ministry says the vaccination is compulsory for every pilgrim to perform the hajj this year.

Breaking News About Hajj 2022

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah Saudi Arabia has announced that this year 60,000 pilgrims are allowed to perform Hajj rituals. In 2022 Saudi government allowed 60,000 pilgrims from all around the world to perform Hajj in the Holy City of Makkah. Today 21 March 2022 Saudi ministry of Hajj has confirmed this news regarding this year Hajj 2021.

Before the covid, almost 2.5 million peoples perform hajj rituals in the holy city of Makah. For the first time in history in 2020 last year, only 1000 Pilgrims from various countries living in Saudi Arabia are allowed to perform hajj due to coronavirus pandemic.
