People who are coming to perform Umrah and Hajj and other prayers in Masjid Al Haram facing parking issues. So, in today’s post, I’m going to share with you a few free parking spots in Makkah. The below-mentioned parking places are free of cost. Based on where you are arriving in Makkah, you will have to decide which parking place is better for you. 1. Kudai Parking

Kudai Parking is one of the most popular free parking areas in Makkah. The Kudai parking area covers a large space so you can find a parking place there very easily. Normally from Kudai parking location taxi charges around SR 15 to go to Masjid al-Haram. However, during the month of  Ramadan, SAPTCO service operates 24 hours a day and they charge only SR 3 per person from kudai parking Makkah to go to Masjid al-Haram. 2. Rasifa Parking

If you are coming to Makkah from Jeddah or Madina, then Rasifa Parking is the best option for you. While coming towards Makkah from Jeddah on Makkah Highway, take the right turn from the first signal there. The parking is free and your taxi charges only SR 15 to reach Masjid al-Haram. GPS Location

3. Makarem Ajyad Makkah Hotel

The closest parking area to the Masjid al-Haram is Makarem Ajyad Makkah Hotel. It takes 5 minutes to walk to Masjid al-Haram’s boundaries. You don’t need to take a taxi. However, keep in mind parking is difficult in this area because it is usually overcrowded. GPS Location

4. Al Hajoon Parking

Near Jannat ul Mualla or Mualla graveyard, this parking area can be found. To reach Masjid al-Haram, you must walk around 12 minutes from this parking lot. If you take a taxi from there, it will cost you a lot as it is around 6.3 km from the drive. GPS Location

5. Maskhoutah Parking

Maskhoutah Parking is another free parking area where you can park your vehicle while going to Masjid al-Haram. You only need to cross a tunnel to reach Masjid al-Haram. Taxis usually cost around SR 10 to get there. You will be charged SR 3 per person if you are alone. GPS Location

6. Masjid Aisha R.A

Around Masjid Aisha R.A in Makkah, there is a big parking area in Makkah where you can park your vehicle free of cost. After parking your vehicle there, you can take taxis which charge only SR 2 per person to drop you at the Masjid al-Haram in Makkah. GPS Location

7. Behind Masjid Nafeeh Makkah

You can park your vehicle behind Masjid Nafeeh Makkah free of cost and walk to the Masjid al-Haram. It is 10 mins walk from the Masjid al-Haram. GPS Location

8. Hajj Parking Area

The authorities will stop you at Hajj Parking Area if you are going to perform Umrah during Ramadan. There is around 20km between this area and Masjid al-Haram, and it takes about 45 minutes to get there. Bus Service charges SR 10 for up and down to Masjid al-Haram from this point. People usually bypass the security circles to get to Kudai Parking, which is not recommended. GPS Location

9. Prince Mutaib Parking

The prince Mutaib parking Makkah is also a free parking area, you can park your vehicles in prince Mutaib parking. You can easily reach Masjid al-Haram after parking your cars in mutaib parking Makkah.
