What is the One Health Pass?
One Health Pass (OHP) enables international travelers arriving from their departure country to move smoothly and conveniently into the Philippines. All international arrivals to the Philippines need to register 48 hours before undertaking their journey to the Philippines regardless of age, vaccination status, and ports of entry.

One Health Pass is currently available through the web portal at one health pass.com.ph and there is no app available. However, the OHP is a mobile-friendly information system that can be accessed on smartphones, tablets, laptops, or desktop computers. Who Needs To Register For One Health Pass?
As we have already mentioned above, all incoming travelers to the Philippines must use the One Health Pass registration system. This applies to:
- Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs)
- Non-OFWs, and
- Foreign Nationals

When To Register One Health Pass
To know when the best time to register is, it is important to first determine if you are exempt from pre-departure testing. Those who are exempted include:
- Over-18-year-old travelers who have been fully vaccinated and have received a booster shot.
- Travelers between the ages of 12 – 17 who are fully vaccinated.
- Below 11 years travelers.
Those meeting the criteria above may register themselves within 48 hours of your departure. Non-exempt individuals must register immediately after receiving a negative result from the pre-departure test.
How to Register One Health Pass

- date of birth
- gender
- marital status
- nationality
- next of kin details
- passport number

- They are able to provide a negative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) test taken within 48 hours before leaving the country of origin.
- Those who are fully vaccinated and have the following proofs of vaccination against COVID-19 are recognized under existing IATF regulations:
- World Health Organization International Certificates of Vaccination and Prophylaxis;
- VaxCertPH; or
- National/state digital certificate of the foreign government which has accepted VaxCertPH under a reciprocal arrangement unless otherwise permitted by the IATF
At Philippine Airport Diagnostic Laboratory (PADLAB), you can book and pay for the mandatory RT-PCR test in advance or arrange it at the time of arrival.
One Health Pass Declaration Form eHDC
The One Health Pass eHDC stands for ‘electronic Health Declaration Card.’ The eHDC must be filled out and submitted electronically by all coming travellers to the Philippines. Travelers will receive their OHP personal QR code upon successful submission. Upon arrival in the Philippines, they need to present this QR code for verification.

The One Health Pass QR code is a code issued when you submit the eHDC electronically. It is recommended that travelers take a screenshot or print out the QR code after QR code registration to ensure they have it handy.
Travelers who weren’t able to take a screenshot during registration will also receive a QR code via email. Travelers may simply open or print this email for presentation at the airport and upon arrival in the Philippines.

Once your RT-PCR test results are negative, the One Health Pass portal automatically generates your Unified BOQ Quarantine Certificate. You can download and print this certificate through the OHP website, by just entering your QR code number and last name.
